KaiYuan Information & Business GmbH is the tour operator within the meaning of Sections 651a et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB). The trips offered on this website are package holidays.

If in an individual case we only arrange separate services for you, we will point this out in the offer. Which protection applies to your booking follows from the documents you receive with the offer.

We will provide you with the travel terms and conditions applicable to your trip together with the respective offer. You will receive them again with your binding registration, so that you have the complete text available before submitting your contractual declaration.
